From 30th April 2019 the ability to fax the Haemophilia Centre at Basingstoke will be removed and the number will be discontinued.

All referrals should be submitted by ERS (Electronic Referral Service) and any otherĀ  communications in writing should be sent securely via the nhs.net email addresses below:
