Specifically for the Southern Haemophilia Network we have had to make some changes in our services, in the short to mid-term, in order to provide as safe as possible environment for patients, staff and visitors to our centres.
With effect from today (17th March 2020) the situation in each Centre is as follows
- All face to face appointments will become Telephone appointments. This means that we will call you at the time of your appointment on the telephone number we hold for you on the system.
- If a telephone appointment is not possible please only attend the centre if you do not have any symptoms such as a sore throat, persistent cough or fever.
- If in doubt please call our centre staff on 01256 314793 who will be happy to advise you.
- If you receive a text through our automated appointment system telling you to come to the clinic please call us on 01256 314793 to check whether you should attend in person or not.
